Bread is more than just nourishment; it symbolizes connection and community. During the Festival, you’re invited to join different stages of the process and add your touch to the collective creation. At the end of the day, we’ll come together to enjoy the unique loaves we’ve crafted as a community.

My name is Laura Falorni, and I am an experience designer with a passion for bread and human dynamics. I discovered bread-making during a period of boredom. What started as a search for entertainment turned into the discovery of a rich world filled with symbolism, historical and religious references, and a deeply satisfying practice. This passion, combined with my expertise in facilitating groups in identifying and developing creative solutions, led to the creation of Impasti.
