Reclaiming and preserving our humanity—embracing adaptability, wonder, empathy, and belonging—is a critical challenge of our times.
Stay Human is Italy's first festival designed to create a paradigm shift through embodiment—the profound experience of fully inhabiting our bodies.
Over two days, the festival presents a diverse lineup of Italian and international speakers, engaging with themes designed to deepen our awareness and provide us with the tools to navigate our existence as beings enmeshed in a continuous flow of perceptions.
The event aims to bridge the gap between personal awareness and collective action. The choice of Milan, a city facing significant environmental challenges, emphasizes the urgency of change for our community.
In addition to thought-provoking discussions, there will be practical, body-based workshops designed to awaken awareness and build a community ready to use these practices for real, meaningful change.
True humanity evolves through change, starting on an individual level but requiring broader social transformation to endure.
This festival is for anyone seeking to turn personal growth into a positive impact on the world, from institutions to individuals, promoting a creative and sustainable vision for the future.
